NEW HAMPSHIRE TRAFFIC DEATHS LOWEST IN 47 YEARS

Finally some good news from the personal injury motor vehicle accident front. In 2009 traffic deaths on New Hampshire highways were the lowest in 47 years. When the increase in traffic on our highways is considered this is a remarkable accomplishment. Congratulations and thanks are due to law enforcement officials and others who work hard to make our highways safer. News articles on this accomplishment can be found here:  Nashua Telegraph ; Union Leader and WBZ

One way of improving traffic accident safety in New Hampshire is to make those responsible for causing accidents liable for the harm they create. This is where personal injury lawyers come in. Making negligent drivers responsible is a great way to improve highway safety. It has been proven time and time again that people will change their behavior when maintaining their old ways becomes to costly. This can be seen in stiffer DUI penalties resulting in fewer drunk drivers and more aggressive civil pursuit of motorists causing accidents resulting in serious injury or death paying money damages for the harm they cause.

The law firm of Van Dorn & Curtiss has extensive experience in representing motor vehicle accident victims and their families.
