Almost every where you look there are personal injury lawyers screaming for your business. On television, in the phone book on T.V. All of these lawyer ads scream at you. Most say the same thing.
We get big settlements, call for free consultation, no fees unless you get a settlement. How does the legal consumer with a serious personal injury claim sort through all the noise. This is the place to find out.
The first thing to know is that all law firms are not created equal. Like in most professions, there are some good law firms and some not so good law firms. More importantly there are some very good law firms. These are the firms that have distinguished themselves from all the other firms out there with reputations and track records for success in the courtroom and superior achievements for their clients.
Notice that we say success in the court room. This means successful verdicts in cases tried to a jury. That is the bottom line. Any lawyer can even get a big settlement for their client. There is an old saw among trial lawyers that goes like this. The young inexperienced lawyer asks the seasoned lawyer how to get a million dollar verdict. The seasoned lawyer answers: “Easy, screw up a two million dollar case.” Many two million dollar cases have been settled for one million dollars because the lawyer was afraid to go to court or screwed up the case.
