A: We often get calls from personal injury victims who are dissatisfied with the level of service they are receiving from their attorney.  If the caller has a valid gripe against their present lawyer, we will consider taking over their case.  The fact is, a client may change lawyers whenever they want to.  The other attorney may have a claim for services rendered and any compensation received from a verdict or settlement; however, our firm will work out any fee disputes with the other attorney without the client having to pay extra fees.
