Highway Workers Rescue Man After Car Accident| NH Attorneys

William Dennis, 84, of Franklin, NH crashed off the side of 311 West River Road at about 9 a.m. The car landed in a small gully and it was not visible from the road.
Fortunately for Dennis two highway workers, Zack Montoya and Dale Cutter were mowing grass in the area and heard his cries for help.
"We shut off the mowers, and we heard someone saying, ‘Help! Please help!'" Montoya said.
The pair was able to locate the vehicle and found Dennis trapped inside. The workers were surprised to find that the victim had been trapped in his car for hours.
The workers stayed with Dennis until fire and ambulance crews could make their way onto the scene. Dennis was taken to Elliot Hospital where he received treatment for minor injuries.
In a strange twist of fate the two workers were reported to have had an accident in the same area in August of 2007. The work vehicle they were driving was involved in a serious collision, causing it to roll over several times.
