Hartland Man Killed in Car Accident
A twenty-one-year-old Hartland, Vermont resident was killed late Friday night after a one-car crash on Route 5 in North Hartland.
The man, identified as Wes Crawford, lost control of his car going around a curve and slid into the guardrail, causing the driver's side of the car to collapse into the front seat.
The Vermont State Police say that the car became airborne after striking the guard, and landed at the bottom of a steep embankment. Crawford was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., where he died of his injuries. It is not known whether alcohol was involved in the crash.
Everyone at Van Dorn and Curtiss sends our condolences to those who have been affected by this North Hartland car accident.
