New Hampshire Woman Killed in Out-of-State Car Accident
A Dutzow, Missouri car accident has claimed the life of a New Hampshire woman this week. The accident was discovered around midnight Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
Judy Dapron, 67, was a resident of Hinsdale, NH, which is located near the Vermont line in the southwestern corner of the state. It is not yet known why Dapron was in Missouri.
Police investigating the crash say that Dapron lost control of her 2009 Pontiac G6 while driving westbound on Highway 94. The accident occurred near Church Hill Road in Dutzow, MO, which is approximately 50 miles west of St. Louis.
Dapron drove through a ditch after losing control the first time, before returning to the road. She lost control of her vehicle again, however, and crashed into a tree on the side of the road.
Dapron was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. It is not yet known what contributed to the accident, though prescription medications or medical problems are sometimes factors in these types of wrecks.
Our sympathies go out to Dapron's family, and our thoughts are with all of those affected by this accident.
