Bounce House Accident in Nashua
On Sunday, October 12th, a bounce house set up at Sullivan Farm in Nashua flew an estimated 30 feet into the air before landing and injuring two toddlers – one critically. According to event organizers, the bounce house was set up in preparation for Wicked Haunted Halloween and was not open at the time of the accident. However, the website schedule of events lists the “jumpy house” as being open from 9am to 4pm and, while the house was unmanned at the time of the accident, parents of the injured children claim there was no indication the attraction was closed.
Consistent with most premises liability cases, there are a number of factors that may have contributed to this accident and establishing liability will likely be difficult. This is why victims of injury on someone else’s property need an experienced attorney on their side immediately following the accident.
