March is Brain Injury Awareness Month
March is Brain Injury Awareness month, an effort of the Brain Injury Association of America to provide “a platform for educating the general public about the incidence of brain injury and the needs of people with brain injuries and their families. The campaign also lends itself to outreach within the brain injury community to de-stigmatize the injury, empower those who have survived, and promote the many types of support that are available.” The Manchester head injury attorneys at Van Dorn & Curtiss strongly support the efforts of the BIAA.

Understanding Your Rights
When you sustain a brain injury due to someone else’s negligence, you are entitled to hold that party accountable and seek fair compensation for your damages. Insurance companies may cover a portion of medical expenses and lost wages, but seldom address the full economic and noneconomic damages caused by this injury.
The head injury attorneys at Van Dorn & Curtiss understand how devastating brain injury can be. We are here to take your case, fight for your rights, and help you secure every penny you are due.
